Negative Publicity: Companies Assume Different Strategies to Deal with Crisis Management





In this generation, there are many people working to fight against time and they don’t care for healthy food. Fast Food is the best choice that they choose to eat in daily quickly life and it’s easy to get to. But I always hear the negative publicity of fast food such as Fast Food with increased body weight, French fries, mainly purchased from fast food restaurants, is still on the rise and Americans consumed an average of 152 pounds of added sugars in just one year, according to the U.S. Department of Agriculture. So, what is your strategy to deal with crisis management and to make negative publicity is good for the company.
 
 
 
 
 
 
Recently, Bob’s Burgers in Brazil have a great idea with the packing of Burger. Have you ever thought the Burger packaging that you can eat? The restaurant franchise wrapped its burgers in a kind of rice paper that can be eaten along with the burger. That is amazing! The campaign was to illustrate the irresistible people can’t wait to eat them and it was so successful that not a single customer threw away the wrappings.



 
Rice paper usually refers to paper made from parts of the rice plant, like rice straw or rice flour. It originated in ancient China and it has been used for centuries in China, Japan, Korea, and Vietnam for writing, artwork, and architecture. Edible paper made from starch has historically been used for Chinese and Vietnamese cuisine. Almost Fast Food restaurant that I have seen just create a new flavor, strange mixture, or promotion to attract customer. And, all of the packaging is the same. Not anything special; Burger is just a Hamburger which makes you fat, high calories. But, Bob’s Burgers make me feel eco-friendly Burger to save the world^^.


 


As for me, Bob’s Burgers use this clever strategy to deal with negative publicity become a positive way. These are changing customer attitude toward Hamburger. It helps to save the world from wasteful wrappers going into the garbage. Moreover, these can get the new marketing from the people who want to save the earth even it’s just a little thing but they will think “Ah, I involved taking care with the earth as well.”

Although, the negative publicity look like it’s not good for the company but it should to have suitable methods to adapt with your business. Use the advantage of publicity to make your company have a power again. Making the strong point with different strategies, it make you’re not the same to the other. And you are number one from it.
